Assignment field reference
The following table shows the information that appears for each field in the Assignment Fields list.

| Field Name | Name of the field. |
| Field Type | Short Text, Single Choice, or Multiple Choice. |
| Date Created | The date when the field was created. |
| Optional | When a field displays a checkmark in this column, this field is optional for assignment creation. |
